Final Paper The name of the arena I have created is called the Cinco Jefe Memorial Stadium. This is a made up arena that I have created. The Cinco Jefe Memorial Stadium was created in 1876 and is considered a historical structure. When created it held nearly ninety percent of the events containing more than ten thousand people in city of Jacksonville, FL. People would come from all over the sunshine state to admire the building and view the events taking place. This was the ideal place to hold events as it still is to this day because of the capacity and the beauty the arena has. The capacity is 860,000 which will most certainly hold more than enough people. This being said the arena often reaches the capacity limit 1 out of every 3 events. The fourth stage of the crisis management plan is to establish post crisis communication rules. They should choose who would meet with the staff for the debriefing and also who will address the media after a crisis situation. The crisis manager must make sure there is an accurate, and appropriate response created in a timely fashion to be given to the media. It is obvious that the media will want a swift response after a situation that is why it is essential that the response be delivered in this manner. All of the staff members must be educated on the situation so that every employee will be able to give a response when asked by the public or if they receive phone calls concerning the crisis event. When this step is complete the staff that is apart of the crisis planning team will be asked to send cards, letters, and phone calls to the fans, newspaper editors, and to others who are associated with Cinco Jefe Memorial Stadium. V. The fifth stage is post crisis reports. After a crisis the team must choose who will complete the reports and when. The crisis must be documented very carefully. The incident report form should be brought to the administration within the first 24 hours of the crisis
