I believe in living my life and working with Christian values. It is my goal to continue to be a service to others by giving an abundance amount of care, love, leadership, and support that is pleasing to God. Committing myself as a role model and leader in my personal life, college, work, and church I will display my faith in God through my developing qualities and characteristics like: honesty, wisdom, diligence, responsible, and respect in doing good to those under my leadership. Being Honest I will always communicate with facts and tell the truth in my personal life and professional career. In being honest I will take full responsibility in my work no matter what the outcome is. I will teach and lead others and always be truthful in my communication so I can get the same honesty in return. Being Wise I will commit myself to displaying knowledge through experience by making wise and good judgement calls. I will work daily to show the importance of being wise when making personal or professional decision and how those decisions affect everyone. Professionals should always present facts whether is direct or indirect when it is concerning an educational matter. In my opinion, I feel that employers want employees that will not speak negative about their organization in the public or at work. It is important to be an employee that one can trust to bring helpful tools to a company that demonstrate ethical behavior that’s pleasing to God. If a professional is not satisfied with the organization, it is unethical to make derogatory marks about the company if you will not contribute to building it and making the situations better.
