Chocolate chip cookies are delicious; however, they may be difficult to make at times. As long as whomever wished to make these cookies follows the instructions given, it will be easy and fun to do. The first step that person needs to take, is to determine how many cookies he or she needs to make. This determines how much ingredients you’ll need. In this case, the recipe calls for thirty cookies. The second step he or she needs to take, is to gather your ingredients. For these cookies, he or she will need the following: one stick of unsalted butter, three-fourths cup of packed down brown sugar, three-fourths cup of sugar, two large eggs, one tablespoon of pure vanilla extract, one twelve-ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, two and one-fourths of a cup of all purpose flour, three-fourths tablespoon of baking soda, and one tablespoon of fine salt. …show more content…

To gather the utensils, he or she will want to get a mixing bowl, the utensils to mix the batter with, and a cookie sheet. Before starting to actually prepare the cookies, he or she will want to line the cookie sheet with parchment paper/silicone sheets. Next, the mixing process with the ingredients will commence. He or she will want to put the butter in a bowl, and microwave it until it’s melted. Then, whisk the sugars, butter, eggs, and vanilla together in one bowl. In another, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. After mixing these, combine the wet and dry ingredients into one bowl, and mix. During this mixing process, stir the chocolate chips into the mixture. The next step, is to scoop the cookie batter onto the cookie sheet, placing them two inches apart from each other for the best results.
