Interviewer: Tell me about your childhood. What were your favorite activities growing up?
Interviewee: I had an awesome childhood, well both parents, or whatever were in the household. It was pretty awesome. I pretty much got everything that I wanted and about to the activities I used to love going outside and playing with my friends, riding my bike, playing dodgeball. I used to love to sing and my dad always supported that. It was pretty fun.
Interviewer: What challenges are faced by your age group as of right now?
Interviewee: School. It’s a lot. When you get to school it different. Especially from high school and community college. I went a community college before I got to Southern Miss and I didn’t really owe anything …show more content…

People don’t care about others anymore. There used to be a sense of respect and understanding with people and now that has changed.

Interviewer: Tell me about your childhood. What were your favorite activities growing up?
Interviewee: My childhood was pretty good. Both parents were present and I was loved. As a child I enjoyed just being outside with friends. We would run around and explore the town until the sun went down. That was by far the best times of my life.
Interviewer: What challenges are faced by your age group as of right now?
Interviewee: Some challenges that are faced by my age group is that we are not really able to work as much as we need or want to. I’m seventy years old and I am retired but I still do things every day in order to stay busy and active.
Interviewer: What is the best thing about being your age?
Interviewee: The best thing about being my age is that all of my children are out of the house. I can have alone time and I don’t have to worry about my children too often because everyone is established.
