The company should believe in being known for having a great work environment that attracts quality candidates. What brings Landslide and their customers together is the chauffeur experience. The customer should not be late for his/her flight, meeting, or event. Being the best at getting to customer to the destination on time in comfort and relaxation is what the company should seek to achieve with every ride. If the customer is disappointed with customer service, the customer has other options within Austin, Texas. It is a driver’s priority to handle the vehicle with the upmost caution and precision when on the road. Customer should not have to experience ignorance from drivers not should they experience incompetence. When Lanslide is successful people will say they focus on the customer first. The company must work together to properly train drivers to be effective and efficient chauffeurs. Clients are going to know and feel they are in good hands when they call and request transportation
