It also uses analytics in order to produce a more effective workforce plan and solve diversity problems, that would help in rapid growth and change of Google, solving the weak diversity recruiting problem and, retention and promotions of women and minorities. Googles also does forecasting, which is basically done based on trend analysis and scenario analysis. Using the quantitative trend analysis technique the company is able to predict the possible HR demand based on the current conditions and changes in the business. With scenario analysis’s qualitative technique the HR team is able to predict different combinations of variables to predict demand for each scenario.
