Analysis of Career Trajectory Recruiting, the process of searching for prospective employees for organizational vacancies is a highly competitive field where recruiters innovate the newest and most effective strategies and tools to find quality talent. The career that will be focused on is a Recruitment Manager, which is a position that leads the recruitment process as well as overseeing the Human Resource Recruiters (HR recruiters). The HR recruiter 's role is to identify what resources are needed in the organization, and then the recruitment process begins. A successful recruitment effort will attract a large amount of qualified applicants and not attract unqualified applicants. This objective will save time and money from processing unqualified If the student studies in any of these related fields, they can gain experience through internships and part-time positions that will assist them in Recruitment Management ("How Can I Become a Recruiting Manager?"). During the time period before a prospective Recruiting Manager completes their bachelor 's degree, they must network with other recruiters and maintain communication with them to assist in their job search post-graduation (Alder, Matt). Individuals who hope to excel in this industry will need to possess the following skills: effective communication, commitment, empathy, flexibility, sensitivity, and good time management skills ("How Can I Become a Recruiting Manager?"). In addition to that they have to be tenacious, extroverted, take failure well, be a good listener, ask good questions, be a good researcher, be self-driven, and be fascinated with human interaction. Prospective Recruiting Managers must be committed and receive the proper training in order to succeed as well (Frey, Renee). Since recruiters are in high demand, and have specific titles for their specialized fields such as: a Sales Recruiter, an Executive Recruiter, and an Information Technology Recruiter. It’s essential to develop a specialty area that creates a demand for their skill set since recruiters are in high demand. Recruitment Managers and Hiring Managers work closely together so that they can accurately find the most suitable talent for their clients. To ensure that this collaboration is the most effective, companies hire employees that work well with others and can best promote their company brand.
