Physical activity should be integrated into everyone’s lives because it has so many benefits. It has such a broad spectrum and there is a wide variety of activities one can do to stay physically active. There are countless sports and games one can take part. Personally, I enjoy running because I find it very relaxing. I also have friends that enjoy running and find a similar enjoyment from running. Physical activity can keep one in shape, stay out of trouble and even prevent diseases like diabetes. There is nothing to hate about physical activity because of these positive benefits. This is especially important for me because I played sports all my life up to college. Now that I am in college, I do not have a sport that I play to keep me in shape. Therefore, I try to do as many intramurals sports as I can, go to the gym and run. By doing these activities, It helps me do about the same amount of physical activity as if I were to play a sport. Not to mention I enjoy doing these activities. Intramurals is fun because there is that friendly competitive factor in each game. If you mess up no one cares. There is some sort of physical activity for everyone to enjoy. I have a personal experience with a friend that found enjoyment in running and got into the best shape of his life and benefited immensely from physical activity. In addition, physical activity is important to me because it helps me focus and clear my mind. I am not thinking about the stresses in my life when I run. Physical activity keeps people out of trouble, prevents diseases and keeps one in shape. I believe that there is no reason for anyone to not try and stay physically
