Recommended: The importance of space exploration

When you look up in the sky what do you think and what do you see, well i see hundreds of light years of exploration. We should focus on this because it could save us from asteroids.I think we should focus on space explosion because it could save us from a asteroid, it could help us learn more about the galaxy and how it works , and finally it could solve big problems on earth. One reason that we should focus on space exploration is that it could save us from asteroids. For example the NASA page it talks about how it’s helping trying to protect us from asteroids it saids that “The program focuses on finding asteroids 460 feet (140 meters) and larger that represent the most severe impact risks to Earth. The goal of the program is to find at least 90 percent of these asteroids early enough to allow deflection or other preparations for impact mitigation. By January 2018, discovery of near-Earth objects of all sizes had surpassed the 17,500 mark – an 84 percent increase since January 2013.” which shows how good NASA’s tec. Is. also they protect us from NEOs which are near earth objects NEOs can have NEAs which are near earth asteroids and NEC which are near earth comets. …show more content…
