Over time our, our habits have become automatic. These diets are incorporate into your life. Many people decide to go on different diets for example Vegan diets, Vegetarian diets and Weight Watchers diet.

In our diet we should be eating Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy and protein. Even if you are vegetarian the types of protein that you can eat are green peas because foods that are in the legume family are a good source of vegetarian protein, Quinoa because most grains contain a little amount of protein inside. The reason is because nowadays a many people have different types of jobs in our society. Busy lifestyles also affect the amenity and limited time to exercise and prepare meals or dislike of food preparation and cooking, shape many people's lifestyles. The United States has become an overweight society. Their society supports long working hours, families, homes and their social life. They think that fast food items provide a quick meal for a person on the go. Most people in America think that they eat healthier than they do, with dietary intakes of saturated fats higher than they realize. It’s important to realize the foods you eat because some of the items contain preservatives.

Many different treats are available in reduced fat or fat free forms. These treats offer a healthier alternative to their full fat counterparts; fat free does not mean calorie free so you also have to be careful about the portion size. Reduced fat foods also contain extra calories for the artificial flavoring inside. A tip is to check the food label on the box of a food item for the portion size and the calories that it has
