The single-loop learning is the everyday, following rules type of learning, it is rigid.
It suggest that learns identify a problem, fix the problem or issue then move on to the next problem, without basically reflecting or challenging the rules or methods used.
The single-loop learning is one mode, an example of single-loop reaction, is that when you identify that the room is cold, you turn on the heater when you realise that the room is hot, and then you switch of the heater, change is restricted with this type of learning procedure. This kind of learning is basically transactional in nature.

1. Create continuous learning opportunities –The organisation should ensure that the employees are up to date on technical knowledge and new developments. This can be done by, developmental or training opportunities to enhance competency, knowledge and skills that will help develop the company and employees.
2. Encourage collaboration and team learning - Teams are expected to produce results, but performance is delayed when team members do not work well together. A collaborative team is essential for the team success and also for the company. This can be done by ensuring that the team have a common goal that is align with the company, the team should trust each other, Communicate Openly and Effectively and ensure that the company goals, mission and vison is reached by working together.
3. Empower employees to have a collective vision – Empowerment is basically giving employees skills, opportunity, resources and motivation, but, also making them accountable for their action.

People are also left with taking any job, because they need employment, this would be seen by qualified BA graduates being waiters.
Employability is, therefore, bridging the gaps mentioned and ensure that people get the job that suit their qualification and requirement. This benefits the communities, themselves and the economy.
Employability is focused on individual skills, knowledge and attitude .The aim of employability is obtaining, generating and fulfilling work through the use of competencies
In conclusion employability is ensuring that people get the job that they will flourish at as it is the job that they are qualified or they have enough skill and experience for.

Where they meet the employees and get more information about the working environment, the employee’s needs and also where the managers also express what they need.
