I. INTRODUCTION Background of the Study Moisturizers are used by people with dry skin conditions as well as those people with healthy skin to enhance and preserve the smoothness of their skin. Everyone, no matter what the skin type age or gender, should moisturize. Even those people who have oily skin will get benefit from moisturizers because they seal the moisture in to the skin. Moisturizers give good result in appearance of the skin by doing the following: fighting dryness, balancing skin tone and improving skin texture. In Matthew Zirwas of (2008) He said that people all over the world used moisturizers in a study resulting 75 percent of young population uses moisturizers daily. In an article, since the country Philippines is considered as a tropical country, the moisturizers became a very important skin care products among many Filipinos, not only in women but also in the men. Most popular whitening products all over the country are known for its moisturizing capabilities because of this. Name of the Business The Researchers think a business name and ended with the name of the Business that is H&H Company. H&H stands for His and Her. This is to show that our company does not only produce products that are only useful for women but can also be used by the men. The name of our product is Moistmint soap. This is to showcase the two most relevant functions of our soap which is to moisturize the skin and the mint, which gives a very soothing, cool and fresh feeling during and after having a bath. Statement of the Problem H&H Company aims to provide an excellent and quality soap product that is mainly to maintain the moisture of the skin while giving a cool and fresh feeling. The basis of the researchers first is to form a partnership in order to create this kind of soap. Secondly, to take an effort to show our care to those who wanted to soothe their skin and well moisturized even before applying lotion. The heat of the sun can cause damage and dryness to the skin. Lastly, to make a product that can leave a fresh and cool feeling during and after taking a bath. Objectives of the Study The following objectives of the study are as follows: 1.
