Lifestyle, health, and the environment can all cause someone to have insomnia. A person’s environment will affect his or her sleep. Restless leg syndrome is a neurological disorder that affects the limbs of the body by creating a tingling, itchy, crawling sensation, and other unpleasant feelings in the arms or legs.
