The psychology contract between workers and employers specifies what each parties are expected to give and receive from other. What can you offer to your employer and what do you expect in return.

Psychological contract is a contract between workers and employers that specifies on what they expect and receive from each other. In other words, what is the benefit that they will get?

First offer to an employer is give the best performance in the job. The employees will do the best in anything to make sure they will get rewards that is suitable with their works. They (employees) can also remind others to do the work well. The best performance will give good name to the company and it will become popular.

Second offer is to give the good attendance. The good attendance will show the good personality to the employees. If the employees show the good attendance, they will be respected by other people. The other employees will follow that person. Sometimes, when the employees not have a good attendance will give an advice. When they ignored, they will be punished or in other case, will be fired especially the workers that work at factory. This will affect the production of products that the factory produces.

Third offer is to be a team player. Most of companies and businesses actually require employees be team players and rightfully so. Most of work that done today involves collaboration with many people from different departments from the entire world. Whether work online or in office, being a team player is a needed and important. In fact, it is more important for virtual teams because fixed and have a good communication are needed. That’s why being a good communicator is also important.
