We need to eat, it is a universal fact, but daily consumption of unhealthy food is unfit for the body. Food is classified as either healthy or unhealthy. About any type of fast food is considered unhealthy. Fast food contains low nutritional benefits. Unlike healthy food, junk food can be found at convenient locations. This results in junk food being slightly more profitable than healthy food. In spite of that, it will definitely cause health problems to young teens and children because of the unhealthy content it’s made of. The unhealthy food is leading to obesity, languishment and many other health issues. For this reason, the production unhealthy food should be controlled; restrained so that healthier food can take its place. For example, homemade food, or natural food.
The absence of nutrition we have can most likely be associated with unhealthy food. This mainly refers to children and teens eating chips, candy, and basically food with grease. Moreover, “limited resources and budget cuts hamper schools from offering both healthful and good tasting alternatives and physical education programs.” By consuming unhealthy food our body is affected physically and mentally. With junk food lying around we believe them to be convenient, and we escape the fact that the more junk food we eat the less nutrition our bodies get.
