Every man did not escape the pressures of life. This coincides with the idiom, not the earth where the rain and stormy seas that do not. However, the strain varies its level. Stress in adults may result think family problems, financial or career, while teenagers are facing pressure may be related to education, relationships with friends or family-related problems. For some people, stress may bring success and happiness in life, while others consider stress as a source of misery and suffering to the pressures that led to the end of life. As a student, I was not spared from the stress caused by various factors, especially factor studies. Therefore, before too late, I have taken steps to deal with stress. As we know, there are various types of stress including financial difficulties, long wait, and domestic conflict, due to bullying, low self-esteem, work load, physical illness, traffic jam, environment uncomfortable and tragedy.
Among the causes of stress that can cause this is the first one comes from nature itself. It consists of an attitude that is too sensitive. They are too sensitive to be easy to feel a thing. It will cause stress to the individuals concerned. Moreover, their sensitivity makes them act beyond expectations. The second is the attitude that is too ambitious. Individuals themselves rather too ambitious and difficult to achieve cause their minds distracted. For example, when a person wants to become an internet millionaire within 1 month. Is not it something crazy and mad cause stress if it is not achievable? The next natural attitude is too high or fussy. Too high sometimes cause difficulty in making decisions. Because we had to figure out all sorts of things before a decision is made, it certainly felt pressure ...

...e good decisions. Stress also causes a person to feel as if his brain is always tired and fatigued think. .Stress changes someone's attitude from one patient to irritability and always complains. Sometimes, a person is also showing feeling worried, upset and crying easily. Uncontrollable stress causes anxiety, sensitivity, depression, insomnia and loss of appetite.
Next is also the stress of discomfort to a person. When stressed, a person will experience a rapid heartbeat and irregular. This is because the muscles become stiff and cause the breasts to feel uncomfortable. Physically, a person will suffer from headache and sometimes vomiting. Stress also causes a person to urinate frequently. The body will feel tired and weak. Mouth and throat will be dry and makes a person feel uncomfortable. In addition, a skin problem such as psoriasis, eczema and acne arises.
