I believe I deserve the Elite International Scholarship because of my endeavors and achievements in both study and work during the last 4 years, which was a very tough period for me. I had to foster my English skills, attend many professional training courses, and practice to gain the Lawyer’s certificate while working for a law firm to accumulate experience and earn my living. Despite of such a heavy workload with financial stress, I worked with spirit and have reaped the harvest of my labour. I myself have been fascinated by a law career and I want to go further in this field. Therefore, looking back with humility and a little pride, I believe that I am worthy of the Elite International Scholarship.

I was a good student for 12 consecutive years of school with the GPA always higher than 9.0 out of 10. In 2009, I finished my undergraduate program in Law at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City and have acquired some professional certificates. For law students in Vietnam, GPA 8.0 is considered an honor as only 1 student out of 100 of my course achieved this. As for me, I managed to get a GPA of 7.56, which, I am proud to say is in the top 10 best grades in the Law school for that course.

After graduation, I started working as a legal adviser in investment and project consultancy and was honorably promoted to Head of Division after only 2years working there. This gave me great pride because such a position is usually granted to those who have at least 3 or even 4 years working in the field of law. Until now, I have made a certain success in legally counseling some big companies as Aeon Mall (Japan), DHL and Hellmann in logistics, Fairprice (Singapore), and Parkson (Malaysia), to name a few.
