Recommended: Volunteering experience

I want to gain more experience with children and the hospital environment. I like to volunteer during my free time because volunteering became addicting over time. Whenever I see children, I have the need help them. I taught Vietnamese to children at the Holy Vietnamese Martyrs Mission Church for approximately few years as a volunteer. Teaching Vietnamese to the children is encouraging because I see the students trying their best. That makes me want to try my best for them as well. I also have a sister. Since my mom and dad are usually at work, I would be at home with her after school. I help her with her homework, feed her, take her to go to the restroom, and put her to sleep. I have not had any experience in or exposure to a hospital setting.
