I developed very fast in this lab and started to lead 2 studies from my third month in it as I am always fighter hard-working researcher, my passion, and ambition to learn more what push me forward. My practice and big experience in past year in my mentor Dr. X clinic helped me to get out with an idea of research because is see those patients in clinic how they become happy after that great invention that helps them back as normal persons again after advanced tumor surgery. I put two ideas about ENT oncology as my major is ENT and oncology, our supervisor accepted them and I lead both studies till we finish them from a month and submitted both abstracts to biggest oncology conference in Chicago which will be held in June. After eight months in that lab, I sure on you; it is a great way and place to start from, to be a great researcher in a small period. I have been honored to lead eight studies -finished five of them- and in ongoing seven studies, I submitted a paper to the main Lancet with high IF (47.831) and two abstracts to American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) conference with high journal IF (24). Proud that supervisor doctor of our lab allows me to open two ENT oncology studies out from my ideas -one secondary and one primary from Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database-, who Dr. X enter them with me as a collaborator to guide me well in it as a specialist. Never let it rest. Till your good is better and your better is best” and “Never let anyone down or suppress you, compete for your dream, be a special character, not a printer one”. Study by a smart way, a way of thinking in how you will deal with this knowledge in front of your patient not for the marks only. Down to your hospital ER and see how they deal with emergencies and gain clinical skills earlier. Make an effort today to harvest what you will plant in near future. Put a dream and compete for it, learn skills of your dream specialty earlier to be an expert when you graduate. Treat your patient as a human being not as a customer who you want to by-pass to receive another one, no give him his time, listen to his complaint to the end. Try to integrate into a research lab to gain its skills early to help you become a great doctor in your specialty. Be open-minded, know most common fatal information of other specialists, so not to lose a patient was between your hands, should be referred somewhere. To be a doctor and researcher at the same time is a very successful mix,
