Did you know that females take up fifteen percent of the United States Armed Forces (Feinstein)? Women should be able to join all branches of the military in the US without being shunned. Here are some reasons why women are worthy of being in the military.
First of all, women are just as strong as men, even some say stronger. Women have the highest IQ in history (Huffing) which means we are capable and will be successful trying to figure out what to do next in helping the United States. Did you know women are more likely to recover from a car accident, actually seventy-seven percent of men are more likely to die in a car accident because men are more careless drivers (Ray). In the Army you drive tanks, from the fact women would be more likely to not crash. Also women make better bosses/managers because they can read and understand both women’s and men’s body language and emotions, making them great …show more content…

Sometimes when you think about something for a while, you start to get burned out. Burning out means you have zero desire to complete a task that at one point you thought your desire would last forever. Sometimes this this happens in sports, like if you do one sport or activity for five years or more you may get tired of it or burned out. Pregnancy can also be a big effected or cause of understaffed women in the military because if you get pregnant, you have to take leave where you go home with your baby for about 6-8 weeks (sisters).
