Kianna's Response Dan Brennan, the author of article 2, "How Regular Exercise Benefits Teens", states "because exercise helps use of oxygen, it causes the body to burn stored fat and helps people maintain a desired weight" (6). In other words, it is important to stay physically active to keep the bones, skin, immune system, and overall entire body healthy. The more physically active the body is the more healthy and confident teens will feel and look. Not only taking care of the skin but also the bones and muscles. In addition, the more active the body is, the more healthy the body will gain and help the body to be stronger symptom wise. Furthermore, exercising can boost anyone's and everyone's confidence as a person. Teens care about their appearance, so the benefits that comes with exercising can help the teen's body standards.
