The wall is 5,500.3 miles long and stretches from the North China coast to the deserts of Central Asia, and its absolute location is 40.7°N 117.2°E. The Great Wall of China is an important part of the Chinese Culture for these reasons, it supplied China with a barrier and defense system against invaders, many people got supplied with jobs to go build the wall when it was being constructed, and the wall is also a famous tourist attraction that many people across the world come to visit.
