The background people originate from erects them to eat different types of food than other individuals. Some individuals lack nutrients within their body; due to consuming only an excessive amount of poultry. Others may eat organically, which their food is free of dyes and chemical fertilizers. In particular, there are those people who are vegetarians, which does not mean for them to eat only vegetables. There are a range of distinct types of vegetarians that people can become into. In fact, people that were born with type 2 diabetes can control their sugar at a constant level. Individuals who are obese can lose weight and exercise at a better pace. Some people transform their diet because they feel insecure about their figure in public. Others take in consideration their family history. Certain individuals observe both sides of their parents’ health issues such as, diabetes. Diabetes can slowly damage a person’s body without them noticing that they can have arthritis, stroke, high blood pressure, damaged blood vessels, breathing problems and the lack of concentration. Being conformed within a specific religion can construct individuals to be a vegetarian. People found and are still finding inner peace through meditation. Meditation is a form of praying; enabling one to control their body and mind, while not consuming meat in their diet. People feel assertive due to their identity of change. The bond of veganism is becoming stronger within society. Many individuals believe that animals should not be slaughtered. Some believed that animals should be nurtured and loved. These individuals want people to understand that animals give us beneficial items to survive. For example, the cow gives us milk and cheese as our dairy products. Animals are a source of transportation that takes us to our destination. Others might not have love for animals but they consider the act of harming animals is unethical. People believe that animals have a life to live, not only human beings. In the practice of Christianity, people learned that animals are supposed to be cared with mercy and compassion.
