The Real MVP The NBA(National Basketball Association) has welcomed the world's best basketball players ever since the early 1940’s. Over time after seeing the different talents pass by the question has been asked; who is the true best player on and off the court? A majority of the votes go to the two most well-known players: Micheal Jordan and Lebron James. James claims himself as “king,” but the people of the world know who really wears the crown. Michael Jordan is a better basketball player than Lebron James with his astounding statistics and character matched against Lebron’s. Jordan outranks Lebron in so many areas and makes it seem as if Lebron wasn’t even in the picture for being the best . Lebron usually relies on his aggressiveness to get him to the basket, but sometimes he takes an agile approach identical to Michael Jordan who put good use to moves such as; the euro step and the teardrop lay-up. Both Jordan and Lebron agreeably have the best dunking styles and attempts seen on television. Not to mention, their jump shot and three pointer shooting techniques are almost flawless. Their defense was the most shared comparison between them. With their lockdown man-to-man and their footwork put together it made it almost impossible to get by them without getting your shot blocked or getting the ball stolen from you. Michael Jordan and Lebron James both are amazing at what they strive for, but in the end it is Jordan who comes out on top with his greater skills and personality. Lebron may have all the new “bandwagons,” convinced but Michael is clearly the best on paper.
