In the play, The Diary of Anne Frank, by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett, Mr. Frank is a good leader to the people in the Secret Annex because of his decisions and interactions with his family and friends. The qualities of a good leader is to be the peacekeeper, command his people, help people in need, comfort those in despair, and brings hope in a time of pandemonium which Mr. Frank shows.
