During my life, my mother has always made a huge impact on me and always tries her absolute best to give me everything she can.Talking to my mom about my future with tears in her eyes, she tells me she wants the best for me. She has a picture in her head of such a significant future that truly inspires me to try my best. I have learned many things from my mom, from the secret spaghetti sauce recipe all the way to tying my shoes. Growing up, my mom was a single mother who worked harder than anyone I know. With the long hours of work and two kids to feed, my mom thrived to nurture us in the best way possible. Even when she was tired and her feet hurt from being on them all day, she never gave up. This showed me that if you have the right mindset and determination, you can accomplish anything. In life I have learned to put my determination to the test. I took two math courses at one time my junior year, with any doubts in my mind, I would know I just needed to try harder and soon my hard work would be payed off. It has never felt so great to finish out those classes strong with a positive mind set. Struggling and straight out of highschool, she realized she wasn't able to go to college. As the insistent, independent women she was; she got a job as a secretary. Shortly after, she made her way up and was earning a wage that was just right for her. With such long hours, she decided she would make her way back to school and become a fitness trainer. Her goal was to achieve a way to make a difference in other people which is a path I would love to follow. My mother has been through a lot of hard and good times in her life and she shows me ways that I can make a come back from my own
