What does it mean to be a part of history? Across the world, people are doing things that are being talked about, used, changing lives, and so much more. Being a part of history is more than just about being remembered. It is about making a difference that will shape a better future. Many individuals have aspirations about making a change in the world, but the really question is, what are they doing to be a part of history?. When people are a part of history, often times, it is because they made a change. History has the tendency of repeating itself. It is 2016 and the United States is once again fighting a war that was “supposedly” resolved decades ago. Whether it is good or bad, people are listening if they talk about another individual. If their name is constantly being brought up and is the center of a conversation, people have noticed them they either agree or disagree. In addition, by saying their name rises debate. Being talked about is not always a bad thing. Being the center of conversations and debates is what many people aim for because they get people to think about them. Their name will not be forgotten because they either continue to stay in the spotlight or because of what decided to stand for. When disagreements arise, people tend to bring the past into the argument. If an individual's actions, speeches, etc., were meaningful enough and served a point, they will always be remembered and talked about.
