Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, and Hirohito are all well known dictators. All of them sought to increase their straight and power. They led their countries to fascism. They ran their countries by being cruel and taking the rights of their people. Their rules affected 2hat they did and believed in. Hitler became the ruler of Germany, although he was originally from Austria where his hatred started for the Jews. His main goals were to rebuild Germany's’ army and assert it’s straight. He was able to conquer Rhineland in 1936, the Sudetenland area of Czechoslovakia in 1938, and his birthplace Austria in 1938. He started to gain power through political means, gaining massive support. Once he took over he got rid of the Versailles treaty. He organized a brutal system of terror and controlled the German life, everything from religion to schools. He suspended what they taught and used what kids learned as propaganda. Whoever opposed him were sent to prison, forced into exile, or murdered. Mussolini brought the economy under state control. He gave women one job only like Hitler he expected women to have many children and not work. When Mussolini met Hitler he assumed he was a lying two faced ruler. He was correct, he sent people to kill Hitler many times but was not successful. Lenin Stalin the leader of the Soviet Union, took over Russia in 1924. He had a lack of trust in the loyalty of particular ethnicities. Like other dictators many agreed with him and many did not. He wanted to improve transportation and increase farm output.
