Why, welding is a good career choice, for me you may ask? Well one of the most important person in my life inspirited me to choice welding. My grandma is a retired welder, although it is very usually and very rare for a female to be a welder. As a male growing up I thought to myself “If my grandma can does it so can I”. The welding career pays good money; also have brief and simple requirements. Unlike most people I believe in “Hard work will pays off”
The welding career pays good money. I am talking from ten to fourteen dollars an hour and maybe even more. The salary consists of 40,000 to 50,000 a year; working from twelve hours every day for six weeks. Now that’s what I call good money. Starting salaries can be between 16,000 and 18,000 a year. With experience, this can rise to between 20,000 and 33,000. Experienced specialist welders can earn up to 40,000 or more a year. If you have math and science skills, going to Finch – Henry job corps to become a welding engineer. Has a welding trade that will let you get certified in that.
