As all the delegates talked about this solution during the conference, we’ve talked about a bunch of resolutions to solve this problem. From my perspective, as we cannot know where did the water got polluted and how they got polluted, we cannot address the problem through the pipe. By considering different conditions of things would happen after settle the problem, we think the most stable and possible solution for this situation is to change the translating water pipe, to settle a new one. As we did not know anything about the pipe which remain the pipe would be a very dangerous choice. Considering for changing the water supply from the original place would not be a good choice too. Thus the problem may not cause by them so if we suspect them, may cause worse influence for both of their
