We have two major exercises, which related to the receiving in futsal and they are:
1-Quadriceps muscle
Quadriceps is a four headed main muscle that is used in almost all activities. its active in running, shooting receiving and many other activities. Stretching exercises dynamic and static ones are essential before doing any ball involving exercises. So that we improve range of motion and prevent yourself from getting injured. (Ayala, 2013).
2-Hamstrings muscle
Those two major exercises are parts of the warming up and it optimizes your performance, it’s necessary for you because it can prevents you from having any injuries, second: create routine before and during the competition, third: it makes you ready and prepared physically and mentally …show more content…

Another major injury is the growing, and there are exercises to prevent it: put the ball between legs and put press it with both legs as hard as you can, repeat five times of 10 seconds. (Holmich, 2010).

The discussion:
The different courts sizes: volleyball, basketball, handball, futsal and volleyball.
About the beach volleyball, the court dimensions is (9x9 m or 8x8 m). (TILI, 2011).
Basketball court depends on who is playing, or the level of the competitive play, the juniors courts is 50 feet wide by 84 feet long, the professionals or the collegiate courts is 50 foot-by-94-foot.
Handball court is 40 feet long and 20 feet wide.
Volleyball court is 30 feet in width by 60 feet in length (18 meters by 9 meters). (Gold fine, 2005). court Futsal is 38x42 m X 20x25 m.

Well, (receiving) is one of the essential skills in all sports such as futsal, Handball, basketball and Volleyball.

Keep your eye on the ball until you caught it, bend your elbow and spread your finger and your inner palms to the ball, keep our body moving and don’t stop.
Ways of catching in handball:
Two hands is the best way to catch and it’s the safest one too, catching above the waist, keep your fingers up and catch the ball, catching below the waist, keep your fingers pointed to the ground and then catch the ball.
Receiving in basketball:
The player who will pass the ball you have to let him know that he will pass the ball to you, ask for the ball and keep your hands up, balance the weight on both of your feet, never keep your feet close together because the defender might bump you, don’t be flat footed too, jump to catch the ball and when you catch it then do a quick stop.
Always catch the ball with two hands, shoulder width apart, and try to see the whole court while catching the ball. Those steps will improve the body control and
