A major challenge that Under Armour will have is breaching the global market. To help them expand, they should focus on sports which transcend domestic presence. They can seek out more nontraditional sports apparel that people would still ware casually by doing surveys and focus groups. Customers are vital in telling companies what they would like because they follow and create unexpected trends.
Under Armour can target younger audiences via applications interest them in the highest quality performance ware that many of their favorite athletes sportswear. (Pride 388). Several popular franchises such as UFC for woman may help promote to the growing interest of woman athletes.
The company should keep promoting via endorsements with athletic since it specifically address the idea of their brand. Spokespeople should be carefully selected to ensure the company’s positive image is not tarnished. Up and coming athletes or small town favorites can also be marketed with to show the ubiquitous nature of being an athlete and wearing Under Armour
