There are a few ways that you can change the possession of the Frisbee. If you don’t have a complete pass, it goes out of bounds, someone drops it, it gets blocked, or an interception happens then it immediately goes to the other team. A lot of ultimate teams have more than seven people on the team so there will be substitutions. You can substitute after there is a point scored or if there is an injury timeout. Ultimate Frisbee is not a physical contact sport, there will be a foul if there is contact made, and you can’t do any picks or screens. In ultimate there are no refers unless you are playing a professional game, so the fouls are called with the two people who called it. A foul is called when there is contact with another player and if the foul disrupts the possession the play resumes as if the possession was retained. Also if a player disagrees with the call the play is just redone. All players are their own referees and they are responsible to call any fouls or line calls. The last rule is the spirit of the game. This is not a rule it’s just a thing that all players have most of the time. The game is supposed to have sportsmanship and it should all be fair
