We all bleed the same color after all.
When was the last time a person’s skin color changed the way you thought about them? I can’t believe people will not like someone over something as simple as the color of your skin. It’s sad because our society will always be infected with racism. There are two parts of racism. There’s one who receives it and the one that absorbs the mistreatment. This could lead to low self-esteem, psychological pain, and PTSD
. My mom always told me “If you don’t have something nice to say don’t say it at all” that can you get you far in life. So just give everyone that same respect you would want. I believe racism is embedded into your mind at a young age. You are not born to discriminate anyone by their skin

    One of the leading Jewish theologians and a philosopher in the 20th century, Abraham Joshua Heschel, once said, "Racism is a man's gravest threat to man - the maximum of hatred for a minimum of reason." When the word -racism- is mentioned, ever wonder what a person thinks? Racism has been with us throughout eternity and has caused a majority of people in the America to be hurt and feel discriminated. Teaching this involves taking one step at a time and going from there to the next level. By evaluating the two articles, "The Myth of the Latin Women," by Judith Ortiz and "Always Living in Spanish" by Marjorie Agosin, we can identify two sources that will help us understand how one can struggle and survive through living in a world full of racism.
