In the story Romeo and Juliet there has been a lot of trouble lately between the two families. Romeo is in love with Juliet from the time they met. In the beginning of the story everything was good and the couple got married. After the wedding things started to go down hill and all kinds of bad things started to happen. A fight happened and Romeo got kicked out of the town, and was not allowed to come back every again and Juliet was very upset.
After Romeo and Juliet got married, they two families started to like each other a bit more. Mercutio and Tybalt ended up getting into a fight because they did not get along, Tybalt stabbed Mercutio and then Mercutio ended up dying not to long latter. Romeo was very upset with this so Romeo killed
The story of Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy. The two lovers go against their families and against their hate to be together but they don’t think about the consequences, which in the end are devastating.
Romeo and Juliet, written by William Shakespeare, is a story of two young lovers. These two hearts, Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet belong to feuding families. The family feud causes them to keep their love a secret and therefore only Romeo, Juliet, Benvolio, the Nurse and Friar Lawrence know of their love. Romeo and Juliet are able to look past the feud and let themselves fall in mad love with the other. They let themselves do almost anything for the other and at times it seems like too much to do, even for the one they love. Although fate and character traits play a key role in the play, ultimately Rome and Juliet’s personal choices lead to their downfall.Fate originates all of the conflicts in Romeo and Juliet, from when they met until they die.
Different Aspects of Familial Love in William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet At the time Shakespeare wrote Romeo and Juliet, familial love was very different to what we know it as today. Parents did not have a close relationship with their children. A nurse was often hired by the upper classes to breast feed their children because it was not accepted in polite society. Fathers often arranged marriages for their daughters, who would usually only be about twelve or thirteen years old, Marriages often lacked love.
There are two families that hate each other Romeo's family the Montague's and Juliet's family the Capulet's. The families have hated each other for many generations. Romeo and Juliet met at a party even though Lord Capulet has found Juliet a husband but she doesn't like him and falls in love with Romeo who was previously in love with Rosaline. Romeo and Juliet get married in secret hoping in the long run that this deed will end the family feud but Juliet's family don't know about the wedding. Mercutio Romeo's best friend and Tybalt Juliet's cousin get into a fight and Mercutio dies but Romeo turns up and kills Tybalt. Romeo is banished to Mantua for killing Tybalt so Juliet isn't happy because she has lost two of the people she cares about most.
In William Shakespeare’s tragic play Romeo and Juliet, two young lovers from opposing households make impetuous decisions which ultimately lead to the suicide of both lovers (Romeo and Juliet). Juliet, one lover, has mentors that fail her in the play because of their ignorance of her emotional needs and growing independence as a teenager. These mentors are Juliet’s former wet nurse and guardian, the Nurse, Juliet’s mother, Lady Capulet, and Juliet’s father, Lord Capulet.
If the Capulet parents were more involved in Juliet’s life, maybe the outcome of Romeo and Juliet would have been different in the end. Their parenting style affect Juliet and the play in general. Lord and Lady Capulet are both uninvolved parents in the play when it comes to raising their daughter, Juliet.
Mercutio can be blamed for Romeo and Juliet’s peril because he initiated the fight with Tybalt and forced Romeo to go to the Capulet’s party. At the beginning of the play, Romeo gets invited to the Capulet’s party by a servant, unless he was a Montague. At first, Romeo did not want to go, but Mercutio eventually convinced him under the pretext that Rosaline, Romeo’s love, was going to be there. The next day, Tybalt, a Capulet, went looking for Romeo because he knew that Romeo was at the Capulet party. Instead, he stumbled upon Mercutio and Benvolio and asked them where he could find Romeo. However, Mercutio did not want to tell him and insisted on having a duel. Tybalt killed Mercutio during the fight, and Romeo kills Tybalt because he has the need to avenge his friend. In this case, the children, Romeo and Juliet, get lost and confused, leading to their ultimate deaths. While they cannot live without each other, they also cannot live with each other either, since they end up dying together from all the conflicts piling on top on each other. Since Romeo and Juliet do not really have any parental influence in their lives, they do not know how resolve their conflict of star-crossed love. Due to miscommunication, conflicting viewpoints between parents and adolescents, and a lack of involvement in their children’s lives, Shakespeare shows through Romeo and Juliet that adults are ineffective in saving their children’s lives.

Love is selfless toward all the ones you love. However, Romeo and Juliet’s actions are the contrary of this statement. Romeo and Juliet showed no care of the generational feud between their families. They selfishly married without acknowledging their parents and hoped to solve the conflict by hiding the truth. Other than proving their selfishness, this shows that the two are also fairly naive to believe that their love can overcome all the consequences and break the hostility between their families. Their impulsive decisions have not only largely impacted their lives, but also placed the lives of their family and friends in bet. Out of the six deaths in the play, Mercutio was the first to lose his life. Mercutio was one of Romeo’s best friends. Although he was not a member of neither the two families, his death was indirectly caused by the feud of the two families. Also directly, caused of Romeo. Since Romeo had just married Juliet, he wanted to be friendly with Juliet’s cousin-Tybalt.
After catching Romeo at a party he was not supposed to be at, Tybalt had it out for Romeo. Just after Romeo and Juliet’s wedding, Tybalt comes looking for him wanting to fight. Romeo does not want to fight because he now loves Tybalt since he is family to him, but neither Tybalt or anyone else knows this reason. Quickly, Mercutio steps in and tells Tybalt that he will fight him in honour of Romeo. Sadly, this led to the death of Mercutio.
Tybalt was a adversary of Romeo and had the drift to kill him. His spleen of the situation is Romeo trying to love his coz Juliet. He approached Romeo and Mercutio looking for a fight. Tybalt and Mercutio ended up fighting and Tybalt killed Mercutio, because Tybalt did this, he deserved the death penalty for his transgression. Romeo then took revenge and killed him (3.1.70). This is a legal issue because Tybalt was going to be treated to the death penalty anyway so Romeo killing him was just like giving him the death penalty. This death is a lot different than the others because his was a legal issue and he deserved to die, the other deaths in the play like Romeo, Juliet and Mercutio decided to die for a family member that they love.
Because the love between the young couple is so powerful, they go to Friar Lawrence and they are secretly married. On the day of their marriage Tybalt, Juliet's cousin, challenges Romeo to a duel. In the midst of all this chaos, Romeo's best friend, Mercutio, is murdered by Tybalt. Romeo then slays Tybalt out of revenge. When the prince of Verona finds out what Romeo has done, he banishes Romeo from Verona forever.
