The private school has essential contribution in providing education and fulfill of community education demand that public school cannot met, especially in rural and remote area. Even in fact the rural or remote area has the quality of education that is lower than public school, where it is the inverse of elite private school in the urban area (Tobias 2014).

3.1 Education policy in Indonesia
The policy to improve the quality of education is carried out by reforming the curriculum, from teacher-learning-centered to student-learning-centered which has begun in 2002 (Tobias 2014). On average, people who live in urban areas have completed almost three more years of schooling than people who live in rural areas (Statistic Indonesia et al. 2013).

4. Health status improvement in Indonesia
Indonesia has experience an increase in health status of its population which can be shown from the improvement of some health indicators such as life expectancy, trend in marriage among woman, fertility levels, family planning, infant mortality and maternal mortality, reproductive health, and child health. The health profile of Indonesia shows that life expectancy at birth reached 69 years (67 years for males and 72 years for females) in 2005 (World Health Organization 2008).

Moreover, the trend in the median age at first marriage at age 25-49 has risen gradually from 17.7 years to 20.1 years in 1991 and in 2012. Another trend is among woman at age 20-24 group, the fertility levels have decreased from 162 births per 1,000 in 1991 to 138 births per 1,000 in the 2012.
