The articles have shared some light on the topic “Does our Voting System Need to be fixed?” In these two articles by both man have to very different point of views which make one really think a more about it. The arguments they made based on the voting system where very much concerning issues and should be examined further throughout this paper.
Before reading the argument among the two articles I had never thought about the voting system. But the system itself is really confusing to know if you’re able or not if in a different state. Voting system should just be uniform process that does not change thought out every state. The steps should be very clear everywhere and more convenient to the public. Do if the United States is one country and elections is to vote a certain candidate into office why do we need to have different rules and ways and each state to do the same ultimate resolution. Having a set of basic rules to do things bring structure and help eliminate confusion and issues. For example our military they follow one set of rules not many different ones it would be too confusing and bring too many problems. Have one nationalized set of rules does not take away the right from the states to do things it just puts a better understanding and view on things. Other countries have uniformity when it comes to voting and it doesn’t cause any problem or conflict which results in an easier way of functioning with less problems.
Based on both points of view on the voting process it is should be clear by now that their need to be a change. Some things just change over time as in working everything doesn’t always work until the end of time. New ideas and development of people thoughts change the way things operate or function over
