Since we have been in the I AM series, a series about self-identity I thought that we could bring that into our Mingle lesson. Say: We’re going to talk about loving yourselves and having a good relationship with yourselves. Ask: What is having a loving relationship with yourself? (To truly accept and feel gratitude for who you are as a person, as well as how you view yourself.) Say: You are the ONLY person you are around all the time, and if you can’t accept and love yourself, how can others? We’re going to discuss 3 steps to having a healthy relationship with yourself.
