Abstract
This essay discusses women's rights. It shows the importance of giving females their full rights just like males. This paper was written in order persuade men, particularly Arab men, that giving women their rights is fair because women and men are equal and have equal importance in life. Research also showed that some disagree when it comes to giving women their rights. However different sources such as ,online articles and debates, reveal positive conclusions made concerning women's rights. Some sources gave statistics that show the important role played by a female in society and family. This articles concludes that with little research one can find support and arguments for answering the question: " Why should women have rights?". …show more content…

One of the best arguments for the importance of women in society is reproduction which can't be achieved naturally except with the presence of the female sex cell. Second, it is the woman who usually cooks at home, takes care of keeping the house clean and raises the children when the men is out working during the day. Michael Davis said "Without the woman, a huge piece of puzzle that we call family is missing."(The Importance of the Woman,nd). If the woman has such important roles in family then I believe that she deserves to have equal rights as men. Finally, I think that woman should be given their rights because the more woman get their rights the more the equality which could help solve some family problems and increase the economy. If more and more women are given their rights such as the right to work, then married women could definitely help their husbands with family expenses. This not only helps the family live in a better way financially, but also gives the husband more time to spend with his kids at home. First woman can work as part-timers where they work till noon and then leave home to take care of the family. In addition, some men are not able to provide enough financial needs to the family, therefore the women have no choice but to work. This is what a working mom said, "As the mother of three children, , this means that if I work full time outside of the home, I can expect to spend at least $36,000 on child care for children who are not in school full time."(Study shows that, 5/31/2013) To conclude, women just like men should have their full rights for several reasons that would help the society and family. In my opinion, differentiating between women and men is not right because after all they are not different and each gender has his/her importance in life. In order to make life better and more advanced in Arab countries, I think that Arabs especially Arab men should get over the idea of power over women and have an open mind.
