Sexual intercourse should not only be between people who are in committed relationships. Sometimes sexual intercourse is better with a complete stranger. There is no connection between the two and if the sexual intercourse is a bad experience then one will not have to talk to the other person again. Having sexual intercourse is not as serious as it used to be, nowadays if one has enough money one can pay for sexual intercourse. The music and television industry makes having sexual intercourse look like, a fun ride at an amusement park, anyone can ride in have a good time. Apparently the more sexual intercourse one has the longer one will live (Gledhill, 2014). So it is safe to say sexual intercourse is an important factor of life. Having sexual intercourse improves physical fitness like going to the gym but in the comfort of one own bed. For example a person can work out two to three times a week for forty five minutes and get all the exercise required for that week. If one has sexual intercourse two to three times week stamina is built along with stretching muscles. Sexual intercourse is therapeutic. Research shows that men who have regular intimate relationships with their partner are better able to withstand the effect of job strain on their sexual intercourse lives (Gledhill, 2014). Sexual intercourse gets the blood flowing and circulating which reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. The better blood flow the better the rest of the organ systems work, such as the nervous and immune system. Sexual intercourse is an exhausting natural workout which improves sleep habits. For men sexual intercourse can reduce the risk of prostate cancer as well as relieve cramps during menstrual cycles in women. In media sexual intercourse is everywhere such as in commercial as television shows and even promoted on social media. Having sexual intercourse will boost one social status.
