The culture of the organization founded itself on teamwork and the ability to help others out of adverse situations and mindsets. To be able to understand the culture of our work environment, mental health has to break down and simplified. Especially while going into a group and individual meeting because we have to prepare for anything especially dealing with people who has not taken their medicine in weeks. We attend workshops to help us deal with troubling patients so that we do not allow our emotions to take over when they lash out at us. The very reason we have a laid-back environment so that they can feel comfortable enough to let us into their world.
