The actions in dance will be stored as ‘muscle memories’ or known as enactive representation (Hayes, 2010). Muscles remember and store information when practiced repeatedly, ensuring the information sticks with them (Richards, 2015). Having bodily-kinaesthetic intelligence, it helps the child remember information easily through movement. Dance also stretches a their body in extreme ways, training them to achieve aesthetics a human body is not supposed to achieve. If a certain method of execution works, it clicks with the mind and body. If it does not work, they will have to experiment different ways to achieve it. As an extremely challenging and physically demanding pastime, it makes sense that a career in dance has lots of pressures that go along with it. This should come as no surprise seeing that every professional sport requires hard work and at least some sacrifice. It is questionable, however, if there is maybe too much pressure put on dancers in this day and age. Many people do not realize what it takes for a person to make it as a dancer, the dedication and drive the person must have. The fact of the matter is, the outcome of a dancer’s career may not outweigh the physical and emotional damages left over from the long journey to the top.

Dance has made very big changes overtime. It went from doing it in honor for only the dead or religious situations to now just doing it for fun. The way or different moves have also changed over this big course in time. It ways and moves have changed, and the outfits used to perform these different types of dances. There has been clean and dirty dancing all along, some of things in those dances have stayed, others haven’t. Dance has been a very great thing and will stay being a great thing during human life because it expresses a lot. It expresses itself, and a person can express their feelings, in the different kind of moves. It does take time to get to know the moves but you can get through.
