Landon Maa Mrs. Reasner Psychology 4th October 26th, 2015 Movie Synopsis The Goonies are a group of friends living in a village. The groups leader Mikey Walsh, his older brother Brand and Goonies Andy, Data, Stef, Mouth, and Chunk are being evicted from their homes which are to be demolished to make way for a golf course. Setting out to find a way of saving their homes, The Goonies find a treasure map in the attic and set off in search for the treasure of the legendary pirate 'One-Eyed Willy' which is located beneath a abandoned restaurant. The Goonies embark on a great adventure through a underground maze filled with booby traps and skeletons in hopes of finding the treasure and saving their house. They are pursued by Momma Fratelli and her sons Jake and Francis who are law avoiding criminals. The Fratellis's are also after One-Eyed Willy's treasure after they catch Chunk trying to alert the police on the nearby freeway. The Fratellis's, now armed with Chunks knowledge of the treasure are in hot pursuit of The Goonies through the Tunnels. Chunk gets left in a room alone with Sloth, the Fratellis's deformed son, all by himself. …show more content…

After securing themselves on the ship with the treasure they begin loading gold and riches into their pockets and bags. The Fratelli's enter the room and order the kids outside at gunpoint. All of a sudden Chunk and Sloth come down the sails and rescue The Goonies! The children escape onto the beach after using dynamite to blow open a passage way. They run down the beach as News Media and their parents arrive with the help and aide of the Sheriffs Department. The Fratelli's get arrested and the children save their parents houses as One Eyed Willy's Ship appears behind the rock on the ocean
