1. Observations of team engagements – positive and negative.

As the semester has progresses, my team has done an awesome job in contributing their efforts. We have met up about three times outside of class since the last journey entry due date. In one of the team meetings we met with Ben to discuss our ideas to him. My team all contributed to this and got great feedback from Ben. There really have not been lots of negative team engagements so far. Only negative I can really say is we should plan on meeting once a week to wrap up each week to get more information for our project. Team engagement have been very positive overall

Analysis of observed behaviors and recommendations.

Just like in every team you find out more about the team as time progresses. Roddey I would defiantly say is the loudest of all of us. He is always proud to speak up in class when you are taking questions. Vianney, James and I would say are more observant and don’t speak out all the time. Naturally I am a quieter person in nature, so I tend not to speak unless I need to or have something to say. My recommendations would to be to encourage to speak and to be more open, including me. We have a 8:00am class and I understand people can be tired in class but that is no reason to be quiet in class.

4. Value of exercises.

All of the exercises have value whether we see it or not. My team is always very active and has always done great when it comes to in class exercises. The more exercises we do the more information we learn about our team. I really wish in the beginning of the semester we would of done more in class exercises so we could learn the most about our teams. Outside of class we do meet up but we don’t really do too many exercises to learn more about our personalities. I think more of these exercises in class would be great as the semester
