The next phase is to analyze and assess the change using the SWOT analysis. SWOT is described as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The strengths within this analysis, based on the changes initiated, determines what the organization can do. The weaknesses, determine what an organization cannot do. The opportunities are the potentially favorable conditions for an organization. And, threats are the potentially unfavorable conditions for an organization. The weaknesses depict the lacking abilities to explore other opportunities, due to not passing the required exams and not being available for work. There is also an inhibiting deficiency with the lack of interactions with the quality team and advisors. The strengths and weakness can generate positive and negative effects on transformational goals and changes. However, with opportunities of acquiring additional lines of business and increasing the projected number of employees in each line of business, the performance levels will increase with the quality team focusing more on compliance than behaviors, which allows the team leaders to focus on behaviors and maintain a more adhesive relationship with the advisors. The minimal threats are the loss of employees that can be recouped with the mass of new hires every few months. The most crucial threats involved the competitors that are payer higher wages to do perform the same job or one similar, working from home. This is just the beginning of analyzing the implied changes and assessing the impact they have on the employment
