From the start until the middle of FIN 615 PCA - Strategic Industry Analysis, I have learned to identify the probable advantages, disadvantages, prospects, and competition for my environmentally friendly business. In Industry Analysis, these assessments are recognized as SWOT analysis, which is a helpful tool for classifying a business’ personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to its plan and aspiration. To demonstrate this point, there is an encounter with our awareness to turn off the lights before we leave a room, refrain from using too much hot water, and purchase energy efficient and other environmentally friendly products. These altruistic notions are playing an essential role for business’ to incorporate it into the producers’ and consumers’ environment.
