There are medical abortions and surgical abortions. A medical abortion is done without surgery during the first 49 days of a women being pregnant. Two different drugs are used during this procedure, methotrexate or mifepristone which is, a progesterone blocker followed by misoprostol which is, a pill that is used to prevent stomach ulcers caused by anti-inflammatories. A medical abortion involves several doctor appointments and severe cramps and bleeding during the process and in the end there is a possibly that it didn't work and if that is the case you have to go back and get a surgical abortion. But what what happens when you get a late abortion and have to get Hypertonic saline solutions? If you know these statistics then why would you want to put your baby through the pain and suffering when there is an easier way to handle
