Actual leaders needs to understand how to improve creativity in teams, and open-mind through the new challenges in Information Technology industry. Thus, it is relevant to utilize the leadership challenge model to create changes in organizational culture, strategies, process or transactional leadership (Daniel J. Mccarthy, 2008).

As an information technology leader provide guidance to set, clarify and align organizational values, objectives (“The Model of the way”). First, identify core values, ethical principles and beliefs which guide decisions, customer priorities and initiatives. Secondly, find mechanism to transmit them, creating team philosophy with credibility. Making feel team members involve in inventive process and we take care about their work-life. Expressing we believe in their talents and there important to the company success. Stimulate talent with extended normal task and provide task significance. Promote creativity rather productivity, and provide flexibility to adapt the business needs.
