On 08/10/2017 at 9:02am I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to the Creek County Sheriff's Office for a stolen vehicle complaint. I spoke to Gloria Aguayo who made the following statement. Gloria's 1993 red Dodge Dakota was parked at the intersection of Highway 99 and Highway 51 in Jennings, Oklahoma. The vehicle broke down and was going come back for the vehicle. The vehicle was left in the rest area of the intersection on 08/08/2017 at 5:00pm. On 08/09/2017 at 5:00pm Gloria was checking on the vehicle and noticed the vehicle was missing. The vehicle was bearing plate (CTB418) and the vehicle identification number was (1B7GL23Y0PS279189). Gloria contacted all the local agencies to see if her vehicle was impounded. The vehicle was not
On Friday, 09/23/2016, at approximately 0830 hours, I, Deputy Stacy Stark #1815 met with the reporting party, James R. Boucher (M/W, DOB: 07/25/1959) at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. I requested James R. Boucher to come to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office to review the Wal-Mart video footage I collected and identify the suspect, James Roy Boucher (M/W, DOB: 03/16/1978) on the video footage.
On 01-01-17 at 0023 hours I was monitoring the radio and heard that Officer Harrell #3441 and Officer Thebeau #8402 were involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of Fair Oaks Avenue and Corson Street. I responded to the above location to assist. They advised responding units that the suspect was involved in a traffic collision on the eastbound 210 Freeway Fair Oaks Avenue off-ramp.
I arrived on scene at 17:10 hours. A juvenile was standing under the carport beside a white Dodge Durango. The reporting party, Kaella D. Barners (F/B, DOB: 05/04/1977), exited the front door when she seen deputies arrive. I approached the juvenile, Katera Edwina Barners (F/B, DOB: 08/29/2000). Katera was calm and cooperative. Katera had been upset at her mother. I observed an end table on the hood of the vehicle. I asked Katera if she put it there. Katera said she threw it there in attempt to damage the vehicle.

My dad bought his red Dodge Dakota truck in 1995. When he got the truck it had already hit a deer and two cows. Since he has owned it, its value has gone down considerably, even though he has spent more money fixing it than he paid for it. If it was worth as much money as it has cost to keep it running we could sell it and buy a new car. It is red with a stripe down one side-- yes, only one side, the other side has no stripe, I have no idea why this is. There is also a huge dent above the right hind wheel that occurred when a horse tried to jump in the back of the truck.
