Today in our modern society, there are a lot of problems. Especially problems related to teenagers. Today's teenagers are unruly and lack concentration. Their lack of concentration is a result of the plethora of distractions in society. There are accidents that happen because of teenagers and most of them are very simple or stupid. Lives have been changed due to addictions and habits of teenagers that have bad influences in their lives. There is much drama in this period of time. There are reasons they have their attitude and habits; a big reason is because their brains are not fully developed and their hormones are at a very high level. A teenage brain develops very differently than a child's brain and adults brain.

People stereotype teens in very rude ways. Some children are very lazy, but people stereotype youth as sleepy, rude, lazy,
Adults use many parts of the brain to solve things in life, but the teenagers use less of these parts and use different parts. They prefer to focus on places of relaxation, rather than the turmoil of school. School stresses the youth in many ways because of homework, projects, essays, and many other things. Most of the youth have different mentalities than adults, because of their hormones. The mentality of a youth or older teen should always be positive, so they could have a great time in their school years. Teenagers do not use the prefrontal cortex of their brains very often, but adults use it much more. The prefrontal cortex is not fully attached to the teen's brain because the brain is only 90% complete. "Many of them stay up very late due to a chemical called melatonin", said by "Sci Show." Adults that are trying to learn something find that teenagers will learn it much faster if it has a reward or prize at the end of the activity.
